Great service. My starter went and I had to ring Granite to take me to the mechanics. A guy came out and had a go at fixing it first and then he took me to the mechanics, no problem. Quick response and very reasonable price. I was so impressed, I signed my two daughters up.

I just had to write another review as once again, Granite came to my rescue and saved me from being stranded on the dual carriageway. The recovery truck arrived within 15 minutes of my call to them and not only that, the kind lady who took my phone call phoned me later on to make sure I was ok and had arrived home safely. I broke down in a garage forecourt about 30 miles from home. The car had been running fine and then nothing. I called Granite Breakdown, the lady who answered the phone was very kind and kept me posted on how long it would be for the recovery to get to me. It took roughly 20 minutes for someone to arrive and find the fault was the battery. The guy had me started in no time and on my way. In the past, I have gone with more well-known breakdown companies but thought I'd try this one, and I haven't been disappointed. I will continue to use Granite Breakdown in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, reliable breakdown cover.
